Many of our products are processed on-site and are second to none in quality and value. We are small enough to meet our customers' needs with the specific approaches needed to satisfy a diverse customer base. All the benefits of a partnership with O.H. Colabor is an incorporated company owned by 42 distributors including O.H. Armstrong Ltd. with more than 50 distribution warehouses in Quebec, and the Maritimes. As Colabor shareholders, we own and operate our own 200,000 sq. ft.warehouse in Longueuil, Quebec. At present, a new 375,000 sq. ft consolidation warehouse is under construction, due to open in August 2002.

O.H. Armstrong Ltd. is also a shareholder of ITWAL Ltd. As shareholders, we own and operate a 275,000 sq.ft. consolidation warehouse in Brampton, Ontario.

Colabor Inc. and ITWAL Ltd exist for the benefit of independent shareholders to increase their purchasing power and in turn flourish in a marketplace that is competitive, difficult, and dominated by large multi-nationals.
